Terms and conditions
Arrive on time to your appointment.
Give more than 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
There will be a 50% charge for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
There will be a 100% charge for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no shows.
Patch test must be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment.
